Brexit Update

Since the UK has now left the EU, we've been experiencing difficulties such as shipping to European customers and we are currently working towards finding a more sustainable solution to ship within Europe.

In the meantime, please be aware that if you are a European customer, ordering from our website may result in extra charges that you will have to pay to receive the order. We are working hard to figure out what these are so that we can include these in the price we charge you, but because each country is different this is taking a lot of time.

We won’t be able to refund you for these charges. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope that you will bear with us while we find a more sustainable solution. If you decide to purchase from us anyway, we truly appreciate your choice of supporting us despite this.

International and European order details

All orders on our website (regardless of which currency you pay in) are currently shipped from the United Kingdom.

All our orders are delivered Delivery Duty Unpaid. Should your order be subject to customs or import duties, these will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

As is always the case with international shipping and logistics, border control and customs can delay your delivery.You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order. RETURNS

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 10 days of receipt of your shipment.
→ They must be in original condition
→ For clothing, unwashed and unworn
→ In the original packaging

Are there any changes for return?

→ There are no charges for return
→ Original shipping charges are non-refundable
→ You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping  

How soon will I get my refund?

→ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
→ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
